讲座摘要
The seminar will introduce the economics literature on understanding the impacts of and adaptation to climate change in agriculture. The first part briefly reviews the evidence on climate change impacts on agriculture based on the cross-sectional and panel approaches, and examines the recent literature on the panel approach and its ability to capture or estimate long-run adaptive responses in the agricultural sector. The second part points to important directions for future research, with a particular focus on relevant topics in the context of Chinese agriculture.
主讲人
崔潇濛，暨南大学经济与社会研究院副教授，于2018年获得加州大学戴维斯分校博士学位。研究领域为环境经济学、农业经济学、资源经济学。独立作者论文发表于Journal of the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists、Journal of Environmental Economics and Management，主持国家自然科学基金1项。
